Concordia Lutheran Ministries is seeking candidates to join their growing team as Regional Chief Operating Officer. The ideal candidate must be a seasoned NHA with a minimum of 7-10 years of high level Executive Director experience within a CCRC campus or multi-site Skilled Nursing Facility leadership. Nursing Home Administrator license required.
This executive leader must be familiar with management by metrics to achieve and maintain a successful blend of quality with financial stewardship. Experience creating positive change and successful turnaround in operations is required.
This key leadership position will be based in Western Pennsylvania with occasional travel to multiple states.
