The Vice President of Employee Experience is a leadership role responsible for designing and operationalizing employee engagement and appreciation initiatives to enhance the overall workplace experience at Marquis-supported skilled nursing facilities and assisting living communities . This position guides our nursing facilities and assisted living communities in fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture that aligns with the healthcare facility's mission and values.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Continue to develop and implement an already-created, comprehensive employee experience strategy aligned with our facilitys' goals and values.
Design and execute programs to enhance employee engagement, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
Establish and manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate achievements and milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, leadership, and other departments, to ensure alignment of employee experience initiatives with overall organizational goals.
Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the healthcare facility.
East Coast travel required. You will be traveling between facilities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies, talent development, and workplace culture.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and trends is a plus.
