Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a full-time SUMMER position with competitive pay. (Mid June through August 2024)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with leasing activities, such as processing applications, resident file creation
- Assist with Maintaining and organizing physical and electronic files
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with MRI software is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
