Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties:
- Perform physical examinations and health assessments on patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Assist with patient triage and provide appropriate medical interventions
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment plans, and medication management
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
- Perform basic life support measures in emergency situations
- Assist with medical procedures such as suturing and wound care
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Experience:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven experience in providing direct patient care
- Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping
- Knowledge of tube feeding procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with coding systems for medical billing purposes
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
