Responsibilities:
- Visit client locations to gain new business opportunities, 80% of this role will be performed out in the field.
- Achieve manageable targets, manage the business for each client(s) assigned, implement marketing strategies, and analyze trends and results to achieve goals.
- Proactively plan and execute an aggressive business expansion technique and hit weekly/monthly targets.
- Identify growing companies and industries and potential projects.
- Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with a variety of businesses and networks.
- Own and drive revenue growth, identify opportunities, utilize forecasting methods, and align business unit resources to secure those opportunities.
- Meet and/or exceed Clients’ goals for sales, distribution, pricing, shelving, and promotional volume.
- Manage sales representatives by monitoring daily tasks, providing goals, and having weekly meetings to ensure the team stays focused.
- Expand business into bigger areas and their surrounding cities.
Education and/or Experience
- Experience in healthcare or medical sales is preferred.
- Leadership Experience in other areas or fields.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Motivated and self-driven, with a proven history of success in sales.
- Desire to work in an environment that rewards top performance.
- Strong Team player.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers geographically located within the assigned territory.
