Summary:
Under the direction of the Manager, works in a support role with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems users at all levels throughout the organization, ensuring reliable database system performance. In addition, provides technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware issues.
Essential Duties:
- Implements necessary procedures to oversee, monitor, log, and track Super User administration, including license/security/permission controls and technical problems, user difficulties, and resolutions.
- Responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of the ERP system.
- Participates in projects to troubleshoot software, hardware, or server problems, addressing and resolving concerns with designated vendor consultants or VP of Operations.
- Provide ad hoc reporting requirements for department heads/personnel as required.
- Test, debug, and document reports (Crystal Reports), etc., to meet user needs.
- Installs new software releases and system upgrades and evaluates and installs patches.
- Owns and maintains all work procedures and education materials related to the ERP / MAS systems.
- Provide users with practical “How to” training and knowledge of the systems or system updates.
- Set up new PCs and Laptops as needed.
- Manages vendor relationships, including hardware and software vendors. Ensures that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Ensure security/camera systems are in place and fully operational.
- Researches and recommends new software as needed/requested.
- Manages phone system.
- Other miscellaneous projects/tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-5 years prior experience in ERP (MAS) systems.
- Analytical abilities, attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Able to work with minimal supervision using strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
- Outstanding problem-solving, value-creating support and solutions that ensure expectations are clear and progress is timely with regard to the resolution of requests or projects.
- Competent computer skills including data entry, MS Office Suite, Internet, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Competent experience with MAS (500, 200 or 90) database programs.
- Ability to use a copy machine, fax machine, and scanner.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
