As a Veterinary Assistant or Registered Technician, you'll be the friendly face and caring voice that cares for our patients and their people. Your responsibilities will include taking medical histories, helping our veterinarians with the administration of care, teaching clients about their furry loved ones, and helping maintain a safe and clean hospital and boarding environment. While this job can be messy at times, there will be plenty of tail-wagging moments and adorable purrs to brighten your day!
Qualifications for this position include a genuine love for animals, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving. Prior professional veterinary experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are a must. Assistant/Technician
As a veterinary assistant or technician at South Anderson Veterinary Clinic, you will work directly with the veterinarians to ensure high-quality medical and surgical care in the following ways:

Restraint of animals

Cleaning of facility

Client education

Surgical Assistant

Office Participation

Be an active participant in TEAM meetings

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Doctors/managers
