As an inside sales representative you will be responsible for giving each customer exemplary customer service while responding to questions, inquiries, and complaints from customers with their transportation services.

Qualifications:
· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
· Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
· Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
· Conduct at least 40 quality outbound calls per day to potential, existing or FORMER acct.
· Handle inbound calls ranging from service information, quotes, account management, and solving customer needs/maintain and grow American Coach Inc. customer base.
· Market and sell all service products of American Coach Inc.
· Develop rate proposals and presents to prospects.
· Always provide positive customer service.
· Ensure strong customer retention levels through effective execution of sales.
· Maintains and updates customer files, ensures all necessary contract paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
Requirement:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong listening and presentation skills.
· Strong organizational and administrative skills.
· High school diploma or GED required. A college degree is preferred but not required.
· Prior customer service OR inside sales rep.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Excellent computer skills, meeting deadlines and detail oriented.
· Understanding customer needs and requirements.
· Present and sell company services to new and existing customers.
· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and e-mails.
