A beautiful 320-bed nursing home in Queens, New York, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead their nursing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in nursing home management and a passion for providing exceptional care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Quality Care: Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality resident care and safety.
- Budget Management: Manage the nursing department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid New York State license.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $190,000 - $210,000.
