Local award winning Presidents Council District Office with Farmers Insurance is a vibrant group of District Office Team Members along with 36 agency owners throughout the Denver-Metro area. The District Office is a dedicated to help support Agency Owners, Agency Team Members, as well as Farmers Insurance Home Office.
The Mile High District office with Farmers Insurance is seeking a highly motivated District Recruiting Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to be an agency owner or agency team member. You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the insurance industry.
Location:
Centennial, CO 80112 (9200 E Mineral Ave, Centennial, CO 80112). Must be able to work in-person at office location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and industry events.
- Create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Develop and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. ie. Outlook

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
