We're seeking to add a Real Estate Finance Analyst, Private Lending to become an integral part of our success story in the Pacific Northwest (PNW). As part of our trusted advisory team, you'll cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing clients, originating loan/project analyses, and spearheading sales delivery in our target markets. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prepare, and present loan structure recommendations and project analyses to senior management based on borrower requests.
- Present and negotiate credit terms to secure letters of intent with clients.
- Conduct thorough credit reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular analysis of projects to monitor loan portfolios, ensuring adherence to construction milestones and exit strategies.
- Maintain awareness of company’s reputation, product offerings, and brand through strategic marketplace activities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help drive the attainment of business development goals for loan production and portfolio performance.
- Foster sales delivery through strategic relationship-building with prospective and existing clients.
- Have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the annual strategic plan to identify new lending opportunities in emerging markets.
- Become a subject matter expert on Company's loan products and services.
- Effectively communicate Company's credit policies and procedures to potential borrowers, structuring competitive financing solutions for residential development and construction projects.
- Collaborate with Underwriting and Finance teams to review loan requests and ensure adherence to lending criteria and guidelines.
- Deliver credit approvals and loan documents to clients, facilitating an efficient closing process.
- Provide concise and transparent explanations for declined loan applications, articulating reasons both in written form and verbally.
- Maintain professional customer service standards, fostering positive relationships with referral sources, applicants, borrowers, and their representatives.
- Present weekly sales pipeline and loan production reports to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in finance or related field.
- Professional experience in a financial or lending organization.
- Minimum of 2 years of lending experience, preferably in residential real estate or commercial business loans.
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal sales communication skills, both one-on-one and in group settings.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, with experience in HubSpot strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel within OR, WA & ID for client development and site visits, once or twice a month.
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the Safe Act of 2008. Continued employment is contingent upon successful registration and annual re-registration of Oregon license.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
