**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter/ Hiring Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing and hiring talented individuals to processing all pertinent hiring paperwork.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Collaborate with office management to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Utilize various recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Lever
- Conduct campus recruitment events to attract new graduates
- Maintain employee relations throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize systems like Pre-Intent or Hireology for data management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruiting
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively, effeciently and independently
- Prior experience in employee relations is a plus
