We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BDC Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales and previous experience in a call center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to incoming leads and inquiries from various sources
- Utilize software and CRM tools to track and manage the sales pipeline (E-lead experience is a plus)
- Schedule appointments
- Lead and motivate a team of BDC agents to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Communicate effectively with upper management
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and provide ongoing sales support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
Experience:
- Previous experience preferred or in a similar role
- Strong background in used car sales and phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with sales management processes and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
