SUMMARY STATEMENT/POSITION OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Shipping Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all shipping and receiving functions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBLITIES - Shipping Clerk
- Receive products into corresponding systems
- Create proper shipping paperwork for all outbound shipments, including customer shipping and component returns
- Verify incoming products and paperwork for accuracy
- Label all inbound stock
- Perform physical inventory checks
- Review necessary SAP screens daily to ensure material accessibility for the production team
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work independently under general guidance and direction
SPECIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE OR QUALIFICATIONS - Shipping Clerk
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Detail-oriented with good organization and analytical skills
- Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement
- General Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
