Music Pillars is looking to hire an Intermediate/Advanced Voice Music Instructor to teach at our 4S Ranch/Del Sur location.

Applicants should not apply unless they can commit to the following schedule below - note that unlike many of the studio positions that you may be considering where you may have 1-2 full days a week - you will be salaried and be doing teaching and other creative musical activities during your 4-5 hour workday with us - so the Monday - Thursday is essential. (Note: you will also have four (4) Fridays a year where you will come in for 90-minutes to help support student performances from 5:30pm - 6:45pm.

Skills/Experience
We are seeking candidates who are genuinely interested in Musical Education as a profession, or already have experience in Music Education. If you have classroom instructional experience that is a plus, but not required.
The following are requirements for the position:
1. Bachelors Degree in Music, or a playing ability similar to the average musical graduate in your primary instrument (voice).
2. Genuine interest in teaching, and a sincere interest in working with students age 7 - 18.
Intermediate ability on the piano is a major plus, but is not required. Previous Musical Theatre experience is a plus, but not required.
Lessons are all taught at our studio at 10710 Thornmint Rd, Suite 201 San Diego, CA 92127
