We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for guest services and hospitality, ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors. Please no phone calls at the hotel. Must apply on Indeed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel and local area
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering calls
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services, hotel management, or front desk operations is preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and basic computer skills
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Understanding of guest relations and providing exceptional customer service
