Develop territorial sales plan to meet with new and existing customers to discuss their needs, explain company services and track sales progress on sales report to turn in weekly
Forecast and create quarterly and annual sales goals
Develop proposals and quotes for bid opportunities in commercial, refinery, and industrial markets
Negotiate prices and service agreements
Identify prospective customers and follow up on leads
Provide customers with ongoing support, and provide feedback to team on issues or improvements
Study and learn product and create sales materials
Cold calling of potential customers to increase sales leads
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet goals
Valid driver license and clean driving record
Two or more years of outside sales experience
Proficient in MS Office programs
Ability to present sales presentations to large and professional groups
Ability to network and attend networking events in the industry as well as after hour events
Valid TWIC card and Basic is a requirement and can be obtained upon hire
