Pawnee Waste is solid waste disposal facility located in Grover, CO, specializing in disposal for the Oil & Gas Industry. We seek to offer waste management services to the energy industry that are not only convenient, but also represent long-term solutions and minimize impact on the environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take charge of developing and executing marketing and front-end sales strategies within allocated budgets.
- Coordinate sales initiatives, marketing efforts, and scheduling for business development (BD) events.
- Strategize and implement sales plans, tracking progress and providing regular updates to the team.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients across different organizational levels to introduce our company and showcase our services.
- Maintain direct communication channels with clients and industry representatives, in collaboration with the Client Administrator.
- Drive all new sales and BD leads.
- Develop, update, and manage all marketing materials including flyers, promotional items, etc.
- Oversee the planning and execution of client entertainment functions.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and local event sponsorships as needed.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry and/or Industrial, Manufacturing, and Disposal sectors.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a self-driven approach to achieving results.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering satisfaction.
- Strong communication abilities with a proven sales background.
- Willingness to undergo necessary training to understand landfill operations and acceptable waste for our facility.
OTHER
- Provided with a company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, and expense card for business-related activities.
- Potential for the role to transition into the management of future sales staff.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Travel required to maintain consistent engagement with existing and potential clients/industry representatives.
- Remote work permitted, but office attendance mandatory for company meetings and as directed by the General Manager.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation package based on experience.
- Salary Range: $95,000+
