495 Auto is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with a couple of years of experience in a dealership business office to join our team as an Automotive Office Manager. In this pivotal role, you will provide crucial support to our Business Office, ensuring the smooth operation of the dealership and making significant contributions to the overall success of our business.

Essential Duties
- Calculate and process wages, taxes, premiums, commissions, and payments
- Record and process orders for merchandise or services
- Provide prompt and accurate information to customers, claimants, employees, and sales personnel
- Prepare and distribute receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks as required
- Handle cash transactions, including receiving, counting, and disbursing funds
- Maintain stock inventory and ensure its accuracy and organization
- Perform daily email correspondence tasks
- Purchasing necessary supplies to support office operations
- Fulfill other assigned tasks as needed to contribute to the smooth functioning of the office
Experience:
Previous automotive experience is strongly preferred. DMS familiarity with Reynolds and Reynold is very beneficial.
