Senders Pediatrics is seeking an experienced Family Practice APRN provider to join our primary care pediatric team. Senders Pediatrics is an independent pediatric practice with more than thirty years of experience providing comprehensive and compassionate family care. We have been an innovator in the areas of Clinical Research, the Patient Centered Medical Home, Parent Coaching, Breastfeeding Medicine and the management of ADHD and learning style differences. Breastfeeding Medicine of Northeast Ohio, housed in our Senders Pediatrics facility, partners with Senders Pediatrics in providing breastfeeding support to both the parents of our patients and the parents of non-patients And we are one of the only practices in NE Ohio with an integrated Behavioral Health program.

Essential Functions:
- Provides outstanding care to children ages newborn through 23 years and beyond.
- Actively engages in the development of a pediatric care community; facilitates communication between families of like interests, and helps develop relationships with specialists of like philosophies.
- Completes all EMR based patient charts including visit notes, billing forms, correspondence and documents in the review list in an accurate and timely manner
- Demonstrates knowledge of established and evolving biomedical, clinical and social sciences, and uses the application of this knowledge to enhance patient care.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the systems in which health care is provided, and applies this knowledge to provide value and optimize health care
- Demonstrates a commitment to the quality improvement activities of the practice
- Demonstrates behaviors that reflect a commitment to ethical practice, an understanding of and sensitivity to diversity and a responsible attitude towards his/her patients, profession, and the greater society
Qualifications:
- Active APRN license without restrictions and DEA license in the state of Ohio; must be licensed to care for pediatric and adult patients
- At least 2-3 years of experience practicing as an APRN in a pediatric setting
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate and work in a fast-paced team setting
- Demonstrates the time management, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills critical to the successful execution of the role
- Has advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and the Electronic Medical Record
