Entegee Engineering is actively seeking a Process Development Engineer for a full time, permanent position to be onsite in Braintree, MA.
Summary
This role focuses on development and process improvements to support new designs in development, production and engineering activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Material Science preferred); MS preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and process development.
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient assembly processes, ensuring high yield and low HPU products.
- Evaluate and enhance current manufacturing methods, focusing on cost-effective improvements and workflow optimization.
- Provide technical support to production teams, resolving issues and achieving production goals.
- Lead or collaborate on cross-functional projects, promoting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Conduct statistical analysis and process capability studies to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development towards senior roles.
