Responsibilities of a Client Associate:
- Implement advanced negotiation and relationship-building tactics to directly engage with consumers, optimizing sales outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, representing Verizon’s brand and image in the local area
- Provide customers with comprehensive information about our clients' products and services, offering effective solutions for both current and anticipated service-related challenges.
- Work in partnership with other associates to drive sales success
- Attend daily marketing and sales strategy meetings for our partners alongside other Marketing and Sales Associates to assist in raising brand awareness throughout a given territory
Required experience and qualities for a Client Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience is required, however some experience in a customer facing role is preferred
- Self-starting attitude and work ethic is sought after over natural aptitude
- Confidence in your communication skills
- Team player
- Adaptable
