Specialized Trust Company is seeking multiple Key Account Representatives to join our growing Sales Team.
This position is responsible for attaining personal sales revenue goals and objectives through the establishment of self-directed retirement accounts & educational products. Responsibilities include educating clients on self-directed retirements and alternative investment opportunities. Additionally, this position will drive sales growth through exemplary communication, execution, relationship management, and follow-through with clients via phone and in person.
The company provides all leads. However, the ability to self-generate is a plus!
We are looking for a motivated person that wants to work for an established company and be rewarded for the results they produce.
Our compensation package includes an hourly wage, commission, and bonus.

- Able to have great conversations over the phone, listen, and build rapport
- Good decision-making skills

- Ability to multi-task using several computer programs

- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, & CRM experience preferred.
- Work weekend & evening events
- Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Able to work efficiently and autonomously with little direction when outside of the office environment
- ·Required to attend meetings, events, and other training as requested
Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with the occasional changes based on the company's needs.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
