Job Role and Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding & Orientation
Ensure all new hires receive a world class onboarding and orientation experience into the company's culture.
Recruitment Support
Provide recruitment assistance by screening and vetting potential candidates & ensuring an efficient interview process with all hiring managers.
Employee Relations
Assist in addressing employee concerns and grievances by providing information and directing employees to the appropriate resources.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Help manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims resolution, and communication of benefits information to employees. Additionally, assist with payroll processing, ensuring that time and attendance records are accurate and that employees are paid correctly and on time
Training & Development
Help organize training sessions and professional development programs, and track training completion and help ensure employees are developing necessary skills.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
2 years of relevant experience in HR work
Knowledge of current employment legislation for NYS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
