Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and emails from customers across the country, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries promptly
- Processing orders using QuickBooks Online and other software tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment
- Printing shipping labels and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance overall customer experience
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference
-Handling in-person customers at our Conroe location
Requirements:
- Two years of experience in the customer service industry, preferably in an office setting
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
