Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Director of Human Resources to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a strategic mindset and excellent leadership abilities.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee employee relations, including resolving issues and managing disciplinary actions
- Lead performance management processes
- Implement training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Manage the HR budget effectively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Director or similar executive role
- In-depth knowledge of talent management, negotiation, budgeting, and performance management
- Experience with HR systems such as Taleo, UltiPro, Oracle, etc.
- Strong understanding of change management principles
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
