Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto body repair and maintenance, with a strong understanding of various tools and techniques used in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and framework straightening
- Utilize power tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently
- Conduct auto painting and detailing to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition
- Weld and solder parts as needed for repairs
- Estimate repair costs accurately for customers
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects
Qualifications:
-Insurance collision claim process
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in sheet metal work and welding techniques
- Knowledge of auto painting and detailing processes
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Familiarity with auto estimating software is a plus
- Certification from a technical or trade school in automotive repair is preferred
