Vice President of Sales

The Vice President of Sales is responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy, leading and managing the sales and pre-sales teams, and ensuring the sales processes align with the company's goals to maximize profitability and efficiency.
Leadership, Management & Accountability:
- Oversee and mentor Director of Sales and Client Executives ensuring they are equipped to achieve their sales targets.
- Oversee and mentor Pre-Sales Manager and Sales Support Representatives ensuring they are following internal processes to produce timely and accurate quotes.
- Drive overall sales growth in alignment with the company’s sales capacity planner.
- Ensure all sales activities support and align with fiscal budgets and operational goals.
Strategic Sales Planning & Execution:
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed financial goals.
- Implement strategic sales plans that maximize profitability and ensure market penetration and align to our target market.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to leverage opportunities and mitigate risks.
Sales Process & Accountability:
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to leverage opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Manage and coach the ACS Sales Process across the team, ensuring it aligns with sales vision and is followed by all (FBA).
- Regularly update and refine the Sales Core Process Document to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Lead the sales team in maintaining high standards of process management to achieve consistent sales performance.
Forecasting, Budget Management & Revenue Growth:
- Accurately forecast future sales by Client Executives, analyzing trends and performance metrics.
- Responsible for planning and managing the sales budget, ensuring it aligns with strategic business objectives.
- Utilize sales forecasts to make informed decisions about resources and initiatives.
- Ensure that the sales team meets or surpasses them.
Team Development & Coaching:
- Continuously coach and develop Director of Sales and Client Executives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and establish performance improvement plans where necessary.
- Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence within the sales team.
Required
- Proven experience as a Vice President of Sales or similar executive role with demonstrable success in sales strategy and team management.
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to drive sales teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
