Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Utilize ToolHound software to manage a $4M+ on-site inventory, including running low inventory reports, researching parts information, creating reorder sheets, tagging incoming parts, checking out parts to technicians, and monitoring/adjusting inventory levels.
- Purchasing & Accounts Payable:
- Create service and material purchase requisitions in SAP, order contracted materials, and monitor purchase order activity.
- Assist the SES approver with purchase order processing.
- Collaborate with Business Support to capture invoices, submit requests for purchase order closeouts, and run reports for open SES and blocked invoices.
- Provide guidance and support to vendors regarding Accounts Payable procedures.
- Receiving & Inventory Count:
- Verify and receive inbound material deliveries for Maintenance and Engineering.
- Oversee the annual physical inventory count by researching discrepancies, assisting counters, and managing recounts in ToolHound.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- File timesheets for contractor services.
- Maintain cost tracking and budget for the Maintenance and Engineering department.
- Provide general administrative support to the Maintenance and Engineering departments.
- Uphold company quality standards by adhering to established quality management systems (ISO9001, IATF16949, AS9100, VDA, AAR).
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely completion of environmental reports
- Maintaining compliance with HCP, CIMS, RMG, and OIMS requirements
- Ensuring inventory accuracy
- Efficient processing of Accounts Payable invoices

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $27.00 - $28.83 per hour
