As a Territory Leader of our Huntsville Team, you will be crucial in developing and maintaining our network and spearheading expansion efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve cultivating solid relationships with venue partners, ensuring the optimal performance of our digital billboards, and leading our local marketing and sales initiatives. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, relationship management, technical ability, and a deep understanding of current marketing trends.
This is an independent role (1099) with a minimum guarantee for a period of time.
Responsibilities:
- Territory Development: Identify and develop new partners within the Huntsville territory to expand our market presence. Strategically plan and execute initiatives to establish a strong foothold in these areas.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, walk-ins, and community events. Establish a strong presence in local business communities, particularly through active involvement in the local Chamber of Commerce.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the Huntsville team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Network Maintenance: Forge and maintain strong relationships with venue partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Oversee the technical performance of digital billboards, managing content loops to keep displays fresh and engaging.
- Sales & Marketing: Set appointments to discuss our full range of services, utilizing your knowledge of marketing trends to advise clients on effective advertising strategies. Customize pitches to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Existing book of business or strong network within the advertising community is highly preferred, though not required.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact positively with a wide range of individuals.
- Familiarity with digital advertising and current marketing trends.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and digital content efficiently.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the industry.
