Job Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing a range of maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and plumbing maintenance, with a focus on customer service and teamwork. Painting, drywall, janitorial and general maintenance experience is a plus and we will train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure they are in good working order..
- Use logic controllers and other automation systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and materials.
- Implement preventive maintenance practices to reduce downtime and extend the life of equipment.
- Use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track and schedule maintenance tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and maintenance techniques by attending training sessions and workshops.
Skills
- Some background in general maintenance, light plumbing, light electrical- We are willing to train the right person.

- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
