Entry-Level Office and Inside Sales Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and goal-driven Entry-Level Office and Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team and assist more senior figures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling clerical tasks, managing files, updating paperwork, and performing general office clerk duties. The candidate will also play a crucial role in understanding the complete marketing mix and utilizing market research to drive effective strategies and manage the website and website traffic. Strong communication skills, proficiency with office applications, and the ability to work well under limited supervision are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls and other communications
- Order follow-up with customer and factory
- Managing the filing system and recording information as needed
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- Booking trade show and associated reservations as required
- Coordinating with other team members to ensure compliance with established policies
- Conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunities
- Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
- Manage website and website traffic
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
Requirements and Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with office applications and the ability to learn new software and systems
- Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance required

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
