Requirements/Job Duties for the Dispatch & Customer Service Coordinator:
- Previous dispatching experience preferred
- Efficiently dispatch and schedule multiple technicians
- Assess technician skill sets for optimal task allocation
- Handle basic data entry and daily performance reporting
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management
- Manage time effectively, both independently and within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, and internet usage
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails promptly
- Provide support during emergency situations with a passion for helping people
