Here is what you will need:
- At least three years' career-track delivering high quality support services in a healthcare-oriented IS support environment, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Highly Preferred is bachelor's degree in an Information Systems or imaging-related discipline or equivalent of work industry work experience.
- Demonstrable in-depth knowledge and understanding of clinical applications, related applications to current workflow, and billing.
- Able to demonstrate the following.

A Day in the Life of a Clinical Application Specialist II:
- Provide services and support for the following areas:
- Limited to no supervision during the management of RIS, PACS, MRS application support or build
- Understands, promotes and demonstrates working knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Development and use of Knowledge Transfer documentation
- Independently configure new centers in the appropriate applications.
- Research and validate more complex density state requirements.
- Determine appropriate licenses system requirements.
- Validate if new centers are meet ACR (American College of Radiology) guidelines to determine appropriate certification requirements.
- Collaborate with Center Directors, Lead Techs, Regional Ops Directors and vendors to configure systems according to the business needs.
- Demonstrates expertise while participating in system integration strategies, informatics operation, regulatory and compliance initiatives
- Documentation of standard operating procedures to ensure maximum uptime and application optimization
- Monitoring teams and tools used to track incidents, problems and project tasks as well as work with vendors when applicable
- Duties may include application implementation, system integration, system configuration, system customization, upgrades/updates, user training, user access, high availability, and other duties as assigned.
- Review monthly clinical updates and keeps application data current with industry standards.
- Support new product/service lines by executing CAS actions required by the project.
- Assist management and CAS III with the initial training of new employees through direct one-on-one interaction, displaying the general functions and responsibilities of the position.
