**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Warehouse clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients/overseas office through various communication channels (eg. emails, telephone, in-person) and assist with warehouse operations as needed.
**Duties:**
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in English & Japanese.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
- Assist customers with product information and order processing
- Multilingual - Japanese & English is a MUST
- Assist warehouse operations to fulfill daily orders, conduct inventory check, and package orders
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication skills to effectively analyze and address customer needs
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficiency in English; Japanese is a MUST
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
