The primary function of the Vice President of Human Resources is to provide leadership and guidance to the Human Resources operations. The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, identifying and implementing long range strategic talent management goals that will impact the company’s overall performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Human Resources leadership, preferably in a healthcare or Senior living environment.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Healthcare Leadership or other related field
- Preferred master’s in business management, Healthcare Leadership or other related field
- SHRM certification
