The Role:
The Membership Sales Advisor is responsible for driving membership sales and revenue growth by engaging with prospective members, understanding their wellness needs, and recommending suitable membership options. This role involves building strong relationships with potential clients, providing exceptional guest service, and achieving sales targets.

Proven experience in sales, preferably 2+ years in the wellness, fitness, or health industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for health and wellness and a genuine desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
This role requires working in the office 5 days a week.
