Duties:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on industrial machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure optimal performance
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess equipment accuracy and make necessary adjustments
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Collaborate with field service technicians to address complex repair issues
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to service requests in a timely manner
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track and document maintenance activities
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial mechanics and electrical systems
- Proficiency in stick welding techniques for equipment repairs
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments
- Ability to maintain and analyze equipment performance data for preventive maintenance purposes
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs
- Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems for equipment operation and safety
Note: Military experience, particularly in a related field, is highly desirable.
