Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Rockstars of Tomorrow Riverside
Position Type: Part-Time
Hours: Most Shifts are 3:00pm -8:00pm Mon-Fri or Sat 9:00-3:00. There is some flexibility on start and end times as well as total hours per week.

Our school is looking for a friendly, fun, and customer service-oriented Front Desk Receptionist who can handle a fast-paced, multi-tasking role with ease and enthusiasm.
Job Summary: As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. Your role is critical in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. You will handle a variety of administrative and customer service tasks, manage inquiries, and support the smooth operation of the academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, texts, and manage inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Schedule lessons, manage the schedule and room availabiliy.
- Assist instructors with finding subs or reschedules when needed.
- Assist with student registration and enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in our scheduling and billing software.
- Process payments using our credit card system.
- Provide information about the school’s programs, events, and policies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Support the coordination of events and performances.
- Collaborate with instructors and staff to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise with professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency using Mac, Google Workspace and ability to learn new software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for music is a plus.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week
