Executive Administrative Support Specialist
Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Executive Administrative Support Specialist to work for a civilian federal agency. Thiis position requires experience managing multiple projects and responsibilities, working with minimal supervision, and providing a high level of accuracy and initiative. Candidate should have experience handling executive office administrative responsibilities such as acting as liaison between the leadership, staff, and other officials; preparing reports; researching special issues and topics; and explaining procedures.
This is an onsite position and is in Washington D.C. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Providing executive office responsibilities such as reviewing/maintaining budgets.- Handling extensive travel arrangements.
- Researching and compiling briefing materials, writing correspondence, and interacting with and responding to inquiries from high level officials.
- Scheduling conference room reservation
- Follow-up with team members on items that may need to be reviewed, reminding SES when they need to focus or review on specific items
- Support the Directors as needed.
- Managing and coordinating All Hands and Monthly learning sessions
- Manage SES travel and the travel for the Directors
- Training registration for SES or the Directors, conference attendance (registration, coordinating to ensure talking points are cleared, etc).
Education/Requirements:
B.A./B.S. degree preferred.
Minimum of eight (8) years' experience supporting executive level personnel.
Federal government experience preferred.
Public Trust clearance
