Scion Nonprofit Staffing is leading the search for a temporary Bilingual Case Manager on behalf of an amazing early childhood education organization in San Francisco, CA! This role is a contract opportunity that offers a full-time onsite work schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with clinical consultants, providers, and staff to ensure that families receive high-quality, client-centered, and trauma-informed services.
- Maintain consistent contact with the families on your caseload, providing ongoing support and making necessary referrals.
- Manage a caseload of families, ensuring they have access to necessary social and emotional wellness services.
- Provide continuous support and follow-up to ensure families' needs are met effectively.
- Identify and connect families with appropriate community resources and services.
- Maintain a network of service providers to facilitate comprehensive care for families.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
- Prepare and submit reports as required, ensuring all documentation complies with organizational standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in child development, Mental Health, Special Education, or a related field, or associate’s degree and two years of experience in the same areas.
- Proficiency in Spanish is required, with the ability to comfortably communicate sensitive family information in both English and Spanish.
- Preferred experience working with families facing low income, homelessness, and systemic marginalization.
- Prior experience interacting with San Francisco-based support services is ideal.
- Proficient in using Windows, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
