Overview:
The Operations Manager is responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of commercial properties. An Operations Manager must ensure he/she follows company mission statement and values.
Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Associate’s Degree in a field directly related to the position or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Five (5) years of Janitorial experience is a plus

Schedule – Flexible schedule – some days and some evening shifts

Responsible for hiring and training all personnel

Oversee operations of accounts, i.e. quality control, labor pool, and managing employees to ensure they are following contractual obligations

Responsible for overseeing and managing time sheet input, supply management, inventory and distribution of payroll as required assessment for assigned accounts

Responsible for HR duties, including application distribution, hiring compliance, injury reporting

Assist Branch Manager in maintaining/managing budgets for each building i.e., providing all necessary labor reports and any other pertinent data as it relates to payroll

Assist in providing necessary supplies and tools for each jobsite i.e. inventories, start up, miscellaneous supplies/equipment

Assist Management in generating/completing tag jobs

Conduct building inspection after normal business hours

Responsible for ensuring completion of floor care and/or assisting floor technicians in completion of contractual obligations
