Job Summary:
Parks Lincoln of Longwood is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to manage our team of Business Development Coordinators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching the BDC team and creating strategies to achieve sales and service targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ability to direct a team of professional BDC Coordinators
- Hire & train BDC staff members
- Manage BDC workflow for both sales and service
- Create the BDC Coordinator schedule to meet business needs
- Manage and review the performance of the BDC Team to ensure exceptional customer service
- Resolve BDC customer concerns with members of management
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and service targets
- Utilize CRM software to track BDC activities and analyze data
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
- Provide a proven track record of team management success
- Ability to work in a technology - oriented environment
- Demonstrate an outgoing and friendly personality
- 2-3 years of sales management experience
- Excellent mentoring and coaching skills
