Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Process accounts payable
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintain and update general ledger entries
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash balances
- Provide support for our team working in the field.
- Utilize Sage 300 software to record financial transactions accurately
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of general bookkeeping.
- Proficient in using accounting software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills.
