WeatherBarr Windows and Doors is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to work Full Time at our Maryland Heights, MO branch.

The starting hourly wage for this position will depend on experience.

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm. Schedule includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
As an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are on the front line with our customers and the central hub of the connection to our sales and delivery team. Your warm, friendly, and helpful demeanor comes through in all your interactions-whether by phone or email. You patiently answer questions and assist customers with issues. With accuracy, you make sure our delivery team has all they need to successfully complete their job to the customer's satisfaction. Your good communication skills, working knowledge of products, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills help you ensure that customer needs are met with a high degree of professionalism. You carefully maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions. With a concern for making things better for everyone, you also assist with identifying, developing, and implementing processes to support customer satisfaction. As a people person, you enjoy building strong relationships with our valued customers!
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of administrative and customer service experience in an office setting.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access software applications
- Ability to use a multi-line phone system

Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to navigate web-based applications
- Ability to efficiently learn our ERP software system
