Essential Job Functions:
- Willingness and ability to plan and meet performance and production expectations.
- Perform setups and adjust offsets as needed.
- Operate various machines and mechanical instruments.
- Meet quality standards and print tolerances, perform inspection of parts.
- Ensure proper utilization of machinery and crew time management.
- Supervising crew while multi-tasking projects and resolving issues.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have G code/ Fanuc experience.
- A willingness and ability to plan and meet performance expectations in a multi-tasking and team-oriented environment.
- Reliable, dependable, and dedicated to meeting quality and integrity standards.
- Driven to solve problems and help others.
- Good math skills and ability to apply logic and reasoning.
- Good time management skills.
- Self-starter who is inquisitive and motivated to learn and grow with us.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to compute simple algebra and geometry equations.
- Minimum 5 years prior CNC or machinist experience required.
- Minimum 5 years prior programming experience required.
- Minimum 3 years verified lead or supervisory experience required.
- Experience in fastener manufacturing preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work in noisy environments.
- Must be able to work in environments exposed to seasonal weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, squat, and reach to access all parts of the machine.

Based on experience
