What we are looking for:
The Sign Assembler is responsible for installing the internal and external sign components (such as lights and electrical wiring), sign faces, and quality checks before release to the shipping department. The assembler must be adaptable, versatile, and willing to learn new skills. Transferable skills include, commercial and residential remodeling, auto mechanic, and construction. This is not an Assembly Line position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must follow all safety, regulatory, and environmental/hazardous standards.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
- Some basic electrical wiring knowledge.
- Worked in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Experience with using various tools and machines:
- Using hand drills
- Reading a tape measure
- Using rivet guns
- Using band saws
- Using jigsaws
- Using clamps
- Using caulk gun, glues, and adhesives
- Other hand tools needed
- Other air and power tools needed
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Experience
- Hi-lo certification is a plus.
- 1+ year(s) in related experience and/or training.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
