Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner to ensure customer retention
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote products/services
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently in our CRM system
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or inquiries
- Analyze customer feedback to improve services
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Skills:
- Strong ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
- Experience in outbound calling and upselling is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting products/services
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy
- Knowledge of Spanish language is preferred
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for effective customer interactions
