Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative assistance to the Food and Beverage Department.
- Tracks, monitors and acts as the business representative to Apprenticeship / Internships Programs.
- Assists with scheduling staff in Excel and UKG.
- Communicates attendance to supervisors and managers for employees who are late, left early, called off, etc. and updates attendance calendars.
- Screens and schedules interviews for applicants across all restaurant venues and coordinates onboarding with Human Resources.
- Take notes and meeting minutes for department meetings.
- Answer phones, email correspondence and organize mailbox.
- Develop relationships with sales reps and restaurant vendors to help ensure competitive pricing, product quality and availability, etc.
$20.00/hr+ based on experience

2 - 3 years: Experience working in some capacity in food and beverage greatly preferred; experience working as an administrative assistant also greatly preferred.
