Role: Data Analytic Associate - Quality Informatics

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytic Associate to join our clients Quality Informatics and Data Analytics team, focusing on Government Programs and Scorecard Management. This remote position offers a competitive salary and an opportunity to work on critical projects that drive healthcare quality and performance improvements.
Compile, analyze, and report data for various government programs and performance scorecards.
Automate and validate data feeds to ensure the accuracy of scorecard results.
Conduct clinical analysis to support quality programs, patient outcomes, and patient experience surveys.
Collaborate effectively with team members to support various data-driven projects.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to inform business decisions.
Education: Preferred education in data and analytics fields such as business statistics, finance, or computer science.
Experience: Minimum of three years in data compilation, reporting, and analytics using tools such as SAS, Business Objects, and Tableau.
Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical knowledge of SQL.
Healthcare Knowledge: Prior experience with Business Objects, relational databases, and healthcare systems, including Epic EMR (Epic Slicer Dicer, Clarity, Caboodle) preferred.
Additional Tools: Experience with Corporater/Scorecard Software and UIPath Robotic Processing Agent is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to support team projects effectively.
Efficient data analysis skills with the ability to provide recommendations for business decisions.
Strong proficiency in Epic EMR systems and other analytical tools.
Knowledge of scorecard management and clinical metrics for government quality programs.
Performance Scorecards: Automating and validating data feeds and scorecard results.
Clinical Analysis: Analyzing metrics for government quality programs, patient outcomes, and patient experience surveys.
